Manuel "Manny" Goncalves

Manny is the chief communications officer at Crowe. He is responsible for establishing and leading the firm’s communications strategy, infrastructure, and corporate narrative to ensure the Crowe Story (purpose, values, vision, and strategy) comes to life for internal and external stakeholders to help drive tangible business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.

He is a C-suite executive with more than 25 years of experience serving as a strategic business adviser, and developing and leading proactive and impactful global communications programs for Fortune 500 companies and large privately held firms. Prior to joining Crowe in 2021, he served as the global chief marketing and communications officer at BNY Mellon. Before BNY Mellon, he spent 12 years as the executive director of PR and corporate communications at KPMG LLP.
